The boomerang amp.
I bought this amp brand-new in 2000, and it has been finding its way back to me ever since. I sold it when I was broke, bought it back, had it stolen from a gig, and then got it back again after it was found. It was nearly destroyed on tour, too. These days, it gets to live a slightly quieter life in the studio.
Through all of that, it has remained a fantastic amp with a sound all its own: beautiful cleans, great edge-of-breakup tones, and a raspy British drive that I love. After everything we’ve been through, this one is staying put.
